Heard learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.
Mr. Limaye, learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation, submits that the cost of Rs.2,000/-, imposed by this Court on the last date of hearing, was, inadvertently, not deposited. The same will be deposited with the Registry by today or tomorrow. If the cost of Rs.2,000/- is deposited by the Respondent-Municipal Corporation, the Petitioners are entitled to withdraw the same. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the counsels appearing for both the sides submit that, both the parties would discuss the issue in the office of the Respondent-Municipal Corporation. The learned counsel appearing for the RespondentMunicipal Corporation submits that, the Petitioners are at liberty to remain present before the Deputy Commissioner of the RespondentMunicipal Corporation on the date and time fixed at the convenience of both the parties.

Petition is disposed of.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.833 of 2017 pending in the Petition does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
