None present for the applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant has filed an application seeking condonation of delay of 300 days in filing the present application i.e. Criminal Application No. 927 of 2016. Prima facie it appears that the application is under Article Talwalkar 1/2

65.apl927.appp1021.16.sxw 227 of the Constitution of India and hence, no application for seeking condonation of delay was warranted. However, since, the same is filed, the application for condonation of delay is allowed for the reasons stated in the said application. The Criminal Application No. 1021 of 2016 is disposed of accordingly.

The Criminal Application No. 927 of 2016 is adjourned to 19/7/2017.
