The petitioners have already instituted a civil suit. 2] In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no necessity to entertain the present petition. However, it is clarified that the orders made by the revenue authorities or for that matter the non entertainment of this petition, shall not influence the civil court in deciding the civil suit instituted by the petitioners. 3] With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of.
