By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 154 days delay in "ling First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 2.4.2014 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No.OA/ Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satis"ed that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) the delay of 154 days caused in preferring the First Appeal may please be condoned."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
