The petition is filed for transfer of investigation of the FIR bearing No. M Case 4 of 2016 registered with Panvel City Police Station.

Mrs. Pai, the learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned officer states that there are in all 15 accused; out of these 15 persons, charge-sheet would be filed against 9 accused persons within a week from today. She also states that as far as remaining 6 accused are concerned, 1 has obtained anticipatory bail and 5 are absconding and they are wanted accused and appropriate action would be taken against these persons. Statement is accepted. 3.

In the light of statement made by the learned APP, the grievance of the Petitioner, in our view, no more survives. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
