Pursuant to the order dated 11 April 2017 in Arbitration Petition No. 1 of 2017. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered the statement of disclosure of the learned prospective sole Arbitrator under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and the same is accepted.

Shri. Justice Shri. Dilip G. Karnik (former Judge of this Court) is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.

The parties to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitral proceedings and not to take unnecessary adjournments.
