An application is made for "Speaking to the Minutes" of the order dated 29th June, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the order which has been typed in the matter appears to have been passed in some other matter. We instructed concerned P. A. to verify it from her notes, and after going through the notes prepared by her, she found that the following order which was typed by her was not passed passed in the present matter: 1 / 2

WP. 486-15 "At the request made by the learned AGP for the State, stand over to 7.7.2016."

Therefore, this order is recalled and it is replaced by the following order:

"1.

We are informed by Shri Rane, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad that one Shri Chimaji Gopal Patil, who is an elected representative of the Petitioner Village Panchayat has been appointed on the School Management Committee of Respondent No. 2 from 21.3.2016.

In view of this, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive and writ petition has become infructuous. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of since it has become infructuous."

Order dated 29th June, 2016 is accordingly modified in the aforesaid terms.
