1] Mr. Ansari, learned counsel for the respondent states that Petition No. A-53/2014 in which, the impugned order was made, has itself been disposed of finally by order dated 21st July 2017. In fact, Mr. Ansari, placed on record a copy of the said order. 2] Ms Mailagir, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has no instructions in the matter.

3] From the copy produced by Mr. Ansari, it is clear that the main petition itself has been disposed of. What was challenged in this petition were certain interlocutory orders. Therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous. This petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4] However, in case, the petitioner has already instituted any substantive appeal against the order dated 21st July 2017 or they intend to institute a substantial appeal against the order dated 21st July 2017, she shall have the liberty to challenge the orders impugned in this petition in such substantive appeal. 5] With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
