Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

By an order dated December 7, 2022 the interim protection in favour of the applicants is granted. The main accused is the wife of the deceased who is already arrested. The present applicants are the mother-in-law and father-inlaw of the deceased. The investigation does not reveal any incriminating material against the applicants. The interim order passed on December 7, 2022 deserves to be confirmed. Hence the following order.

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest in connection FIR No.873/2022 registered with Navghar Police Station, applicant No.1-Parvati Shankar Mulik and applicant no.2-Shankar Mulik shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(b) The applicants to furnish their contact numbers and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall make themselves available as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

(c) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofcer and shall not tamper with evidence. 3.

The application is disposed of.
