Mr. Ritesh Thobde, learned advocate for the Applicant, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw both Bail Applications with liberty to make fresh applications in case there is no substantial progress in the trial within next six months.

The learned APP submits that the articles/samples were sent to FSL, Kalina, Mumbai on 23/09/2022 but, till date, the reports have not 1/2

P.H. Jayani 26 BA3470.2022.doc been received. He submits that necessary directions be issued to the FSL, Mumbai for expediting the analysis of the articles/samples. 3.

The FSL, Kalina, Mumbai is directed to analyze the samples/articles expeditiously and in any event within a period of three weeks from today and forward the report to the Incharge of the concerned Police Station. The Incharge of the concerned Police Station shall then immediately produce the reports of analysis in the Court. 4.

Both Bail Applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan is directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.286/2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
