By this civil application, the applicants (original appellants) and the original respondents nos.2(a) to 2(c) in Civil Appeal No.675 of 2004 have prayed for condonation of delay of 6 years and 63 days in filing second appeal.

It is an undisputed position that the appellants were parties and were impleaded as defendants to the suit in place of the husband of the applicant no.1 and children of Mr.Gulab Vithal Satav. Learned District Judge disposed of the said appeal on 26th June 2007. This second appeal is filed after 6 years. This gross delay has not been satisfactorily

ppn 2 11.cas-1782.13.doc explained. Thus the civil application is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the civil application, second appeal is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
