The learned counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, seeks leave to withdraw this Application, in view of the statement made by learned APP, on instructions, that the trial has commenced ; that two witnesses in the said case have already been examined and 8 to 10 more witnesses are to be examined in the said case. He seeks liberty to renew his prayer for bail, in case the trial does not commence within four months from today. 2.
In case the trial being Sessions Case No.231 of 2014, does not conclude within four months from today, for no fault of the Applicant, the
2/2 22-ba.2699.2014.doc Applicant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. The Applicant shall co-operate in the conduct of the trial. 3.
Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Applicant to produce this order before the learned District Judge -1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane. Registry to also communicate the said order to the concerned Judge seized of the case. 5.
