A praecipe has been filed for speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 16/10/2015. In the first paragraph in line 3 of the said order dated 16/10/2015, the number of Notice of Motion to be corrected from "1340 of 2011" to "1087 of 2012". In so far as wrong mentioning of the number of the Notice of Motion in the operative part of the order of the City Civil Court dated 27/10/2014 is concerned, the Applicants would be at liberty to seek correction from the City Civil Court. The order dated 16/10/2015 to accordingly stand corrected. The parties to be furnished a certified copy of the corrected order, if applied for. The praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order to accordingly stand disposed of.
