The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Petitioner on record and for condonation of delay in filing the application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits to the orders of the Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay in filing the Civil Application stands condoned. The heirs of the Petitioner are accordingly allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
