By the above Civil Application revival of the above Petition which was allowed to be withdrawn is sought on the ground that the compromise which has arrived at, has not been given effect to by the Respondents. The Petition being withdrawn on the basis that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties out of Court, cannot be permitted to be revived on the ground that the said compromise has not been given effect to. If that be so, it is for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings to enforce the said compromise. No relief therefore can be granted in the above Civil Application, the same is accordingly rejected.
