By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 179 days and restoration of the above petition which came to be dismissed by order dated 2 nd May, 2017 for non-compliance with directions of the Registry. The reasons set out in the Civil Application make out a sufficient case for condonation of delay. Accordingly, I pass the following order:- (i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). (ii) The office objections to be complied within a period of one week from today, failing which this order will stand vacated. (iii) Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. (A.K.
