This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. whereby the applicant has challenged the order dated 11.7.2014 whereby the learned Special Judge, Gr. Mumbai dismissed the application filed by the applicant to travel abroad.

Mr. Mundargi, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the application has been dismissed mainly on the ground that the proceeding has been stayed. Without going into the merits of the matter, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the Misc. pps
