By consent of the parties, the following order is passed: 1.

H.M. Petition No. 197 of 2015 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune. The papers and proceedings shall be transferred by the Superintendent of the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, on or before 31st August, 2017.

The parties shall appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune on 6th September, 2017 and obtain necessary directions. 3.

The Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, shall dispose of

KPPNair -2H.M. Petition No. 197 of 2015 within a period of six months from 6th September, 2017.

The parties undertake not to seek any adjournments unless absolutely necessary. The Learned Judge too shall not grant any adjournments unless absolutely necessary.

All the contentions of the parties are kept open. The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
