Heard. The principle prayer in this petition is as under :

"That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing Respondent No.1 herein to consider the representation dated 22nd November 2013 expeditiously and preferably within a time bound period and further be pleased to grant reliefs as are sought in the said representation."

Mr. Sawant, learned AGP states that direction may be issued to Respondent No.1 for expeditious disposal of the Petitioner's representation.

deem it convenient to dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 22nd November 2013, copy of which is at Exhibit-E to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
