The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking amendment to the above Writ Petition to bring on record subsequent event of the deemed conveyance being executed in favour of the Respondent No.3 society, and for consequent amendments thereto. Since the Petition is at the pre-admission stage and since the Petitioners seeks to bring on record subsequent events, the above Civil Application can be allowed and is accordingly allowed. The Petitioner would be entitled to amend the Petition in terms of schedule A to the Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date and the amended copies of the Petition to be served on the other side.
