By order dated 4th June, 2019, we have disposed of the petition. Thereafter, Civil Application (ST) No.22253 of 2019 came to be fled by the petitioner/applicant. However, the said application was placed for orders on 23rd August, 2019. On that day, the learned Counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to fle review petition. We, accordingly, granted leave as prayed for and disposed of the application. However, in paragraph 3 of order dated 23rd August, 2019, the above petition was incorrectly typed with the application and was adjourned to 20th September, 2019.

As a matter of fact, the above writ petition and the application are already disposed of and therefore the above 1/2

2-WP3507-15.DOC writ petition ought not to have been shown on the board. It appears that the Registry has placed this writ petition on the board in view of the observation made in paragraph 3 of order dated 23rd August, 2019, in Civil Application No. 22253 of 2019.

Since nothing survives in the writ petition, paragraph 3 of order dated 23rd August, 2019, is deleted. It is made clear that in pursuance of liberty granted by order dated 23rd August, 2019, the applicant is at liberty to fle review petition. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
