An application is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 22nd June, 2016. It is submitted that in the seventh line of the said order, the date is wrongly mentioned as '3rd dated, 2005, instead of 3rd April, 2015. It is also submitted that in the 10th line of the said order, the date of the application is not mentioned. The date of the application is 19th June, 2014 and the same may be added in the order dated 22nd June, 2016. 2.

The order is accordingly modified and in the order dated 22nd June,

2/2 (WP WP 4722 of 2016).

2016, in the seventh line, the date is corrected as 3rd August, 2015 and the sentence shall now read as under:

".... was made and against the Petitioner, and therefore, notice dated 3rd August, 2015 by which proposed directions were issued, was withdrawn." 3.

Similarly in the said order, in the 10th line, the date of application is added as 19th June, 2014 and the sentence shall now read as under: " Respondent No.2 to process the application of the Petitioner for environment clearance dated 19th June, 2016, as expeditiously as possible." M.S. SONAK, J.
