22-25-cwp-11065-17-G 2] In all these writ petitions, the challenge is to the common judgment and order made by the Central Administrative Tribunal, (CAT), Mumbai in several Original Applications, on the ground of limitation.

3] There is no dispute that as against the very same common judgment and order, some of the original applicants had instituted Writ Petition No. 14545 of 2017, 14544 of 2017 and 14546 of 2017 before the High Court Judicature at Bombay (Aurangabad Bench). By the judgment and order dated 27th February 2018, these petitions, came to be dismissed.

4] Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the judgment and order dated 27th February 2018 in Writ Petition No. 14545 of 2017 and connected matters, we dismiss these petitions as well.

5] These petitions are accordingly, dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
