This is an application for recalling the order dated 2.2.2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court. By that order, the applicant was given four weeks' time i.e. upto 5.3.2018 for removing office objections failing which registration of W.P. (Stamp) was to stand refused.

Mr. Mangale states that after restoration of the Writ Petition, he will remove all office objections within one week from today. He further submitted that notices were not issued in the main petition. 5.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms
