The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant/Petitioner for being permitted to serve the Respondent No.2 by taking recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure by publishing notice in the local news paper. Why the recourse to the said provision is required to be taken is mentioned in the above Civil Application. Hence accepting the said reason, the above Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly the Respondent No.2 is permitted to be served by publishing notice in the local news paper "Punya Nagari" having circulation in Pune District. The notice to indicate that the same is made returnable on 06/02/2017. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner to file affidavit of service annexing the said paper publication.
