The applicant-Sate is seeking permission to deposit the differential amount in respect of pay, allowances, pension and other retiremental benefits of the respondent in this Court for the period from 31.7.2015 to 30.4.2016 on considering the date of birth of the respondent as 23.4.1958.

CAW.59-2017 The prayer sought by the Applicant-State is reasonable and deserves to be granted. Accordingly, we direct the Applicant-State to deposit the said amount within a period of four weeks from today in this Court. It is contended by the respondent that he is not being paid regular pension. The Applicant-State shall process the pension proposal of the respondent-employee on considering his date of birth as 23.4.1958 and shall disburse the pension amount regularly within four months from today.
