The grievance of he petitioner is that the offence registered against him was allegedly committed within the jurisdiction of Wadala Police Station and it has been investigated by Antop Hill Police Station. The learned APP maintains that the place of offence within the jurisdiction of Antop Hill Police Station. Even 1/2

5)WP4992.14 if, the contention of learned advocate for the petitioner is accepted, there is nothing invalid which may be sufficient to declare that the whole investigation was vitiated. It may at the most be irregularity. There is no substance in the petition. The petition stands dismissed summarily.
