The grievance of the petitioner is that though a letter dated 16th August, 2016 (Exhibit-D) has been issued by respondent no.2, respondent no.3 is not acting upon the same. In view of the inaction on the part of respondent no.3, the petitioner has approached this court seeking directions to respondent no.3 to act upon the letter dated 16th August, 2016 addressed by respondent no.2 to respondent no.3. Having considering the

rpa 2/2 wp-13771-16.doc submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.3 to take appropriate steps in terms of letter dated 16th August, 2016 (Exhibit-D) issued by respondent no.2. The steps as directed in the said letter shall be taken in the presence of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
