This is an application for modification of order passed by this Court. The applicant was directed to be released on bail by order dated 22nd January 2016 passed in Bail Application No.1740 of 2015 on condition that applicant shall report to the CBI BS and FC, Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11 am to 1 pm till conclusion of trial. Subsequently the said order was modified vide order dated 21st April 2017 and the applicant was directed to attend the said office once in three months i.e. every first Monday of the said month between 11 am to 1 pm till conclusion of the trial. 2.

It is submitted that the applicant is required to travel from Kandivali to attend the office of respondent as stated in order dated 21st June 2017. Learned counsel for respondent submitted that the case relates to JNPT scam. This Court has already shown indulgence by modifying the order by directing to attend the office of CBI once

The order dated 22nd January 2016 was modified and the applicant is presently directed to attend once in three months. In the light of said order, further modification is not required. Hence, Criminal Application No.1381 of 2018 is rejected.
