Learned counsel appearing for the appellant tenders a draft amendment handed in for carrying out amendment to the cause title of the first appeal as well as in the pending civil applications in view of the fact that some of respondents have expired and their legal heirs are required to be brought on record.

Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today in the first appeal as well as the civil application.

Learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body- the appellant, for the original claimants, learned A.G.P., Special Land Acquisition Officer, authorised officer of the acquiring body and the original claimants tender consent terms dated 14th July 2018 duly signed by them. The signature/thumb impression of the parties are identified by their respective advocates.

Learned counsel appearing for the claimants states that the consent terms are explained to his clients in Marathi. Statement is accepted.

First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs. In view of disposal of the first appeal, civil application for stay does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. 5.
