The cause for filing the above Writ Petition is on account of the fact that the record in Criminal Case No.3757 of 2003 which was on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, CBD, Navi Mumbai is misplaced. It is based on the said fact that the Petitioner is inter alia claiming the relief in the nature of action to be taken against the officials etc. The grievance of the Petitioner that though representations were made by the Petitioner on 07/08/2015 and 04/09/2015 to the learned Principal District Judge, Thane which are annexed to the above Writ Petition at pages 14 and 16, no cognizance of the same has been taken. Having regard to the fact that the case is of the year 2003 and the representations have been made as long as back in the year 2015, we permit lgc

(24) wp-4808.15 the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to the learned Principal District Judge, Thane inter-alia for reconstruction of the papers etc. The same to be done within two weeks from date. If any such representation/application is received from the Petitioner, the learned Principal District Judge, Thane may take an appropriate decision including one of permitting the Petitioner to reconstruct the papers within two weeks of the receipt of the same.
