The applicant was granted bail by order dated 19th March, 2018. He was permitted to furnish cash security for a period of six weeks. Subsequently, the time was extended by order dated 16th August, 2018 and 3rd October, 2018. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that solvent surety has been already furnished and the verification process is going on. It is submitted that it would take some more time to verify the surety and therefore it is prayed that further extension of six weeks be granted to furnish As per speaking to minutes order dt. 4.12.2018, the order is corrected 1 of 2

It is noted that time to furnish surety has been extended repeatedly. Authorities are expected to expediate the process of verification of surety. However, considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for the applicant time to furnish surety is extended by six weeks and the applicant is permitted to be on cash bail for a period of six weeks.
