IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO.4967 OF 2018 Raju Akbar Ajani .... Petitioner versus State of Maharashtra & Anr.
... Respondents .......
• Mr.V.K. Dubey, Advocate for Petitioner.
• Mr.K.V. Saste, APP for Respondent/State.
CORAM : B. P. DHARMADHIKARI & SARANG V. KOTWAL, JJ.
DATE : 29th NOVEMBER, 2018.
P.C. :
1.
Heard for some time. Grievance is about forged signatures of Petitioners. Learned Counsel however fairly points out that civil dispute between parties is already pending. In Writ Petition No.1617/10 and Writ Petition No.108/11 civil dispute in this respect is going on since last about 7 years. 2.
We are therefore refraining from intervening in extraordinary jurisdiction. Leaving it to Petitioner to take such other steps as may be open in law, we dispose of the present Petition. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) Nesarikar
