It is true that no one is present on behalf of the Applicant now and no one was there in the morning session. 2.
This Revision challenges the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge thereby imposing a condition while suspending the sentence. This order was passed on 12th May, 2015 (Page No.36).

It is submitted on behalf of Respondent No.1 that this order was passed in Criminal Appeal No. 450 of 2015 and now, the Court of Additional Sessions Judge has dismissed that Appeal. A copy of that order is annexed. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure-X.

Once the Appeal is disposed of, the interim order passed during the pendency of that Appeal has merged into a final order. As such, the Revision has become infructuous. Hence, it is disposed of.
