By this Application, the Applicants have sought condonation of delay of 27 days in fling Civil Revision Application and have also sought stay to the execution of the decree of eviction passed by the Appellate Court. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application and in view of no objection given by learned counsel for Respondent No. 2, delay of 27 days in fling Civil Revision Application is condoned. The Application is allowed.

The decree is of the year 2013. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 states that the execution proceedings have not been fled. In the light of said statement, execution of the decree is stayed pending hearing of the Revision Application. 4.
