1] The applicant has approached this Court for quashing FIR registered under sections 307 of IPC in the year 2016. 2] Respondent No.2 is Estate Agent and his brother by name Arif is the victim.

3] We have seen medical report of injuries on Arif. Four stab wounds are found to be serious and grievous by Doctor. 4] The applicant has also produced joint afdavit of the complainant and victim Arif. They are present and are giving Dinesh Sherla 1/2

5] Learned APP, upon instructions, states that the ofence under section 379 of IPC is also registered against the applicant Sameer.

6] On basis of FIR, charge-sheet has been fled and thereafter Sessions Case No. 9 of 2017 has also been registered and is pending.
