The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of the interim order dated 16/11/2016 which was operating in the above Writ Petition till the hearing of the Revision Application by the State Government i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation, Government of Maharashtra. The cause for filing the above Civil Application is the fact that though the Revision Application and the Stay Application therein have been filed by the Petitioners on 01/02/2016 the same have not been taken up for consideration.

The learned AGP informs the Court that presently the Winter Sessions of the State Legislature is in progress at Nagpur and therefore the lgc

(908) caw-3095.16 Revision Application as well as the Stay Application would be taken up for consideration after the Winter Session.

In view thereof, it is necessary to continue the interim order dated 16/11/2016 passed in the above Writ Petition for a further period of four weeks from date. The Petitioners would thereafter be entitled to move an application for interim reliefs before the Revisionary Authority as is envisaged by the order dated 16/11/2016 passed in the above Writ Petition.
