Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 8th July, 2015, affidavit is filed and the same is taken on record. 4.

By this Application, the applicant/accused wants modification in the order dated 19th November, 2014, as he wants to go to Abu Dhabi, UAE for his employment. Prior to the offence registered against the applicant, he was working abroad. Now he has surrendered his passport. In view of the affidavit and especially the statements made by the applicant in 1 / 2

Prod1.APPP860_2014.doc paragraph 3, he is allowed to collect the passport from the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Murud. The applicant shall give his whereabouts and details to the Court. The Registrar is directed to hand over the passport to the applicant, however, copy of the same should be kept on record. The applicant/accused is directed to report the police station as and when he returns after 6 months. The applicant shall surrender his passport to the Court. Again, he may collect the passport by moving a fresh application.
