Petitioner no.1 is present with his advocate. Respondent no.2 is present with her advocate. Learned APP appears for the State.

The subject FIR is under section 498A, 406 and 34 IPC. 3.

Respondent no.2 has given no objection for quashing of that FIR as the parties have already settled the dispute amicably and divorce Petition No. F/3012 of 2019 is filed before the Family Court at Bandra.

She has already received an amount of Rs. 14 lacs. The remaining amount of Rs. 14 lacs is to be paid to her on the date nilegaonkar 1/2

18-apl-1684.2019.odt of passing of the final orders in the above mentioned divorce petition before the Councilor of Family Court. Stridhan belonging to her is in the custody of Charkop Police Station. Petitioners have no objection if she takes it back from that police station. 5.

In view of this settlement and developments, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

We direct the respondent no.1 police station to return to respondent no. 2 stridhan after preparing the panchanama in accordance with law. Petition is accordingly disposed of. (NITIN R. BORKAR, J.) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) nilegaonkar 2/2
