The learned Prosecutor pursuant to the order dated 24.1.2017 has submitted that this applicant/accused had earlier filed a second Bail Application No.69 of 2015 and it was rejected on 18.3.2015 by this Court wherein the Investigating Officer Sunil Nigudkar, PSI attached to the Temburni police station, Solapur, had filed an affidavit that police wants to arrest the applicant, however, he is absconding.

In view of this, this application is a third Bail Application and deserves to be rejected and is accordingly rejected. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 1 / 1
