This Court vide order dated 3rd October, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 7735 of 2018 filed by a similarly situated ParaTeacher has allowed the petition. There is no dispute that the petitioners in these petitions are similarly placed. In this view of the matter, the present writ petitions are also allowed in the same terms as Writ Petition No. 7735 of 2018. These petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
