Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that vide judgment and order dated 16th December, 2015 passed in the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 134/2012 filed by husband in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad, Satara, the Civil Court dissolved the marriage.

Present appeal is filed against judgment and decree of restitution.

In this view of the matter, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is granted.
