This is an application for relaxation/modification of the condition imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 21.11.2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge For Grater Bombay in Miscellaneous Application No.2037/2017 thereby directing the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.3,00,000/-. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the co-accused in the present case namely Mahasukh V. Chandpara was also imposed with the similar condition on the same has been relaxed by this Court by its Order dated 14.09.2017.

In view thereof, the applicant shall now be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.1 Lac with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

Rest of the conditions imposed by the Trial Court shall remain in force as it is.
