This Writ Petition was filed challenging order dated 7 th November, 2013 passed by the Sessions Judge under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the disputes between the parties have been settled amicably since both the petitioner and the first respondent have by mutual consent dissolved the marriage and withdrawn all allegations against each other. Copy of the order and decree dated 8 th April, 2017 is tendered across the bar. Order indicates a that sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been paid over as permanent alimony. Accordingly issue in this petition has become infructuous.
