Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the consent order passed in Company Petition No.622 of 2014, the schedule of payment has been specified and the Petitioner undertaken to pay certain amounts as per the consent terms and the amounts which are specified in the consent terms relate to the part of the amount for which execution proceedings have been initiated by the Respondents, from which the present Writ Petition arise. 32.wp.7697.2015.doc the consent terms have been arrived at between the parties in Writ Petition No. 622 of 2014, wherein the Petitioner has undertaken to pay the amount, nothing survives in the present group of Petitions. The Petitions are disposed of. Liberty to the parties to revive the Petitions, if necessary.
