This writ petition was placed before us for directions. Though it has been listed on several occasions, what we find is that no attempt is made to argue it. Today, when it was listed, Mr. Anbhawane appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not bothered to give him any instructions. He does not know about the present status.
