Heard. Urgency is made out. It is stated that 2nd Respondent Committee has still not decided the claim for validity of the caste certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner. In the meanwhile, Respondent No.3 employer may proceed to terminate the services for want of a caste validity certificate. The Writ Petition narrates as to how attempts have been made by both the Petitioner and the 3rd Respondent to expedite the proceedings before the Committee. However, they Aswale 1/2

It is stated on instructions by Ms. Vhatkar that the Committee will dispose off the proceedings within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view thereof, we direct that the Petitioner's services shall not be terminated till Respondent No.2 Committee passes its final order. In the event the final order is adverse to the Petitioner, the services shall not be terminated for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed off.
