Mr. Barretto submits that in pursuance of the order dated 23rd January, 2017, the petitioner has deposited Rs.10,000/- in this Court. He submitted that by order dated 7th February, 2019, Petition was disposed of as withdrawn. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited in this Court along with accrued interest as the proceedings before the trial Court are disposed of. 4.

As the proceedings in the trial Court are disposed of, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw Rs.10,000/- along with accrued interest unconditionally. Order accordingly.
