Respondent No.2 is present in the Court and orally has stated that she is residing with her husband and hence CR No.594/2017 registered at her instance should be quashed and set aside. She has tendered affidavit accordingly.

Our attention is invited to the fact that after earlier separation parties have remarried on 15/1/2018. Marriage certificate forms part of present petition. It appears that earlier the parties were married on 4/6/2008.

In the situation accepting joint request we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
