Today, I am informed by learned APP as well as learned counsel for the Applicant that after passing of this order the Applicant was taken in custody. As mentioned in the order dated 08/10/2021 the Application for grant of bail was rejected. Therefore nothing survives in this Application and as mentioned in the order dated 08/10/2021 the Application is disposed of as it is rejected.
